There are many ways - but beware: you might waste your life on blogging ;)

So only do it, if you enjoy it... ...or simply don't do it. No need to repost anything - if an information is on the web once - that is enough - 99% of the net is double-posting and sucks. Better do something useful - like - workout ;) Dancing or lay back and dream.

Alle möglichen und unmöglichen Links mit interessanten Infos, die uns weiterhelfen könnten.

Hier sollte jeder der Informationen zu ganz konkret existierenden Community-Projekten sucht mal reinschauen.

Bei Bedarf kann das gerne noch weiter sortiert werden.

Es gibt schon diverse Wikis, die sich mit Community-Aufbau und Selbstorganisation beschäftigen, eigentlich wäre es auf die Dauer sinnvoll sowas alles an einem einzigen Ort passieren zu lassen, dann wird man weder beim suchen noch beim eintragen bekloppt.

  • Das Global Ecovillage Network hat mehrere Webseiten, auf den ersten Klick mag das verwirren, aber nach ein paar Klicks stellt man fest, dass es für verschiedene Weltregionen verschiedene Seiten gibt - ich wäre dennoch dafür, das ganze auf einer einzigen weltweiten Seite zu bündeln.

Bei Zwangsversteigerungen kann man mit ein wenig Arbeit und Glück richtige Schnäppchen machen. Man kann sich z.T. auch kostenlos Versteigerungs-Kataloge zuschicken lassen, einfach die Makler anrufen.

Makler - keiner mag Sie, aber sie können uns helfen - man schreibt Ihnen einfach eine E-Mail oder ruft sie an, erklärt ihnen was man sucht, und wenn sie was haben sagen sie Bescheid - und die haben auf jeden Fall einen besseren Überblick über den Markt und kennen sich aus - diese Informationsquelle muss man nur anzapfen und gut ist. Makler machen natürlich gerne Geld, mit Leuten die nur wenig Geld ausgeben wollen verschwenden sie natürlich nicht gerne Zeit - man muss sie halt ein wenig einseifen - "wir brauchen alte, heruntergekommene Objekte für experimentelle Architekturprojekte"...
